Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. This is longer than the 14-day legal withdrawal period under French consumer law. You do not need to give a reason for your return.

How to start a return. Email info@bzeparis.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. You can also use the contact form at the bottom of this page. When you contact us, please have the following ready: where and when you purchased the item, proof of purchase, a photo of the product, and the reason you are not satisfied.

Return shipping. Return shipping is free within Metropolitan France. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Condition of returned items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We inspect every return upon arrival. If an item shows signs of wear or has been altered, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund.

Refund timeline. Once your return arrives at our Annecy facility, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges. We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Legal withdrawal form (France). Under French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. You may use the form below if you wish. You can also simply email us.
